For seven weeks we had fun playing games and learning to swim in our school pool. Every afternoon we swam with Room 6. By watching each other and copying our friends, we learnt many new skills. We can float and kick using long arms, we can float on our backs, we can float and kick with flutter boards, we can dive through hoops and we just loved having showers in the pool. What do like like doing in the school pool?

I also LOVE to swim! I learnt to swim when I was little like you. I love to dive under the water and find things on the bottom. We have a pool at my house and we always throw the plastic toys into the pool and dive under to grab as many as we can. It's a lot of fun!
